Roughtallys is on the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, Kissimmee. Lake Berkley Resort the resort boasts 3 beautiful fishing lakes which you can fish at your leisure and it has been known to have a couple of Alligators visit! The resort has a club house with a games room and gym. It also has an Internet suite that for a small fee you can gain access to the web, print copies or tickets etc, Also

there is a Beach, A play area and BBQ area for you to use and enjoy. Lake Berkley is a very safe family orienatated gated community. Roughtallys is a fabulous home which has 3 en-suite masters, (1 x king, 2 x queen) a queen room and three twins. All decorated to a high modern standard. Walk in wardrobes and air-con. Rooms all have flat screen tv's

Kitchen & Breakfast bar -The breakfast bar seats 12! and is great for everyone to gather round. it tends to be the meeting place of the house! There are all the cooking utencils you would need from making lunch to a full family dinner. Ample crockery and glasses. There is also a 4 burner grill, out on the large pool deck. ideal for BBQ's!! Our utility room has a Washer, Dryer and ironing board for your convienience..... ( not very glamourous but essential i know!)

All the rooms have ceiling fans and A/C for your comfort, and all the bedding and towels are supplied. The bedrooms have large walk in wardobes and all bathrooms have Hair Dryers fitted. The Family room - there is a 55 inch Sony TV & DVD with top of the line cable package. We also have high-speed wire less internet access, free phone for National & local calls. There are plenty of DVD's & CD's also for you to just chill out and watch a film. And quite possibley the most comfortable sofa ever!!! Our home is fitted for Wi-Fi so bring along your laptop! We have plenty of Baby/toddler equipment ie: buggies, high chairs, cot, travel cot, baby gate & car seats. Roughtallys is located just of us US192 and is 14 mins from Disney’s main gate. Access to all the other parks ie: Universal, Sea World, Adventure Islands, are easy and straight forward to get to - about a 20 min drive. There are four huge shopping malls within half hours drive.. great for desinger bargains! After a long day at the parks there is nothing better than coming home to relax by the pool and have a soak in the spa! - light the grill and have your dinner 'afresco' or if you still have some energy left after the parks the games room has a pool table, air hockey and games console - kids will love it! A two mins drive takes you to Wal-Mart (24hr) supermarket, and a host of fabulous restaurants & shops. 'Roughtallys is also a two min drive from the wonderful ' Medievil Times' A great evening dinner show for all the family.. A welcome pack is supplied with the essential supplies ie, Milk, coffee, juice, bread etc.. We are sure that you will have the time of your life at Roughtallys! So come visit and enjoy the Florida sunshine!
