🔴 Villa aspect information 🔴

Just so you all know. Whatever way the pool is facing in Florida really doesn’t make that much difference to the amount of sun you will get. You need to know how close you are to the other neighbours. Sides. Back. Trees that are within your vicinity too. They are what cause the shadows. Is the pool quite a distance from the back of the property. This also makes a difference. The closer it is to the villa the more shadows it will cast. Size of lanai can also be a factor.

Owners sometimes take years to pick the villas they have brought and a lot of thought has gone into their purchase.

Also how far a villa is from a certain park can be found out easily by google maps.
Believe us. No park is going to be 5 minutes away. It takes that long from most car parks to get to the entrance
