Parent Advisory Council

Michigan State University Parent Advisory Council is in place to support Student Advisory Council UB leaders. The meeting lasts from 10:00am-11:30am.

All Upward Bound parents are encouraged to attend the monthly Parent Advisory Council. Each month, the group engages in important discussions such as: Navigating through the L*D System, ACT Prep, Scholarships/Financial Aid, Parent “Rap” Sessions, Parent Workshops, and Fundraising. The Parent Advisory Council meets the 3rd Saturday of every month at The Foster Community Center. Upward bound parents

should make it their priority to attend. This is an excellent chance to meet other parents and share experiences.
