My fiancé and I just moved to Sacramento area and have heard a lot about wine tasting in Lodi. With so much to offer, trying to navigate a wine tasting tour on our own was overwhelming. Taylor made our experience well worth it.
Not only did she take us place to place with perfect timing, she ushered us into each venue taking any guess work or social anxiousness out of it. All of our pourers knew her well
and took care of use like we were friends or family. The lunch that is provided is more delicious than a simple sandwich as well. I am more than happy we decided to do this tour and highly recommend to anyone wanting to wine taste in Lodi and have a chauffeur.

This Sunday's Live at the Vine is featuring music from Calli Grace Music!

From 1:00 - 5:00 pm, come enjoy music on our outdoor patio while you sip your favorite Van Ruiten wine. You’ll be surrounded by our vineyards and great company, every Sunday through October.

Reservations are required for parties of 6 or more, please call the tasting room at 209.334.5722.
Individual glasses or bottles will be available for purchase during showtime, only.

$5 cover charge per person or complimentary to club members (up to 4 guests).

Our favorite, Cheese Central at it again!

As promised…we’re so excited for the Queen’s Jubilee and we must start the celebration with the notorious, national dish, Coronation Chicken Salad. Enjoy the recipe and raise a glass to the Queen 👑

CORONATION CHICKEN SALAD
Makes 6 servings

2 t mild curry powder
½ C mayonnaise
½ C crème fraiche
¼ C mango chutney
1 t Worcestershire sauce
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
¼ C dried apricots, chopped
¼ C sultanas (golden raisins)
6 skinless chicken breasts, poached, cooled and shredded
¼ C slivered almonds almonds
Large handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

In small frying pan, toast the curry powder until it smells fragrant, about 30 seconds. Place in large bowl. Add next 7 ingredients, stirring well to combine. Add chicken, almonds and cilantro, mixing gently to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill and serve cold over lettuce or as a sandwich.
