On 2nd January 2023 I commenced this year's touring with a visit to the Isle of Skye and 140 tours and over 400 persons later I completed my last booking of the year with the Harker Group from USA with a nice run into Speyside.
Managed to maintain 100% 5 star rating and looking forward to 2024 with another early start to the year on 2nd January 2024. DM to enquire about availabily, Whisky Tours, General Tours and Transfers between all Scottish Cities

Great day out with Mr H who had jetted in from over the pond with sightseeing up into Sutherland and visits to distilleries at Clynelish, Balblair, Glenmorangie, and Glenord and a stop at Carnegie Whisky Cellars, thank you Mr H and hoping to see you again sometime in the future,

Back “when I were a boy” Valentines day was a fairly discreet matter with cards and gifts being sent anonymously to the focus of your pent up affection with some discreet clues as to who you were hidden within mainly romantic messages penned within. My initial approach to my own dear wife was made on Valentines Day 33 years ago with anonymous card and flowers sent , although it would be several weeks later before she was able to realise who had been the sender and as we now get news of a 7th Grandchild on the way just goes to show how that a Valentines day greeting should never be taken lightly 😁😁. I hereby serenade her, less anonymously, with a mutual long standing favourite and being my own take was entirely produced by myself in the shed whilst I had Covid19 in April 2022 . Heres to the next 33 !!💕💕💕💕💕💕

Easa A Bhradain I understand translates as "Waterfall of the Salmon". Its a fair old drop and I wondered if any of my Sky based friends know if Salmon managed to get past this drop to the river beyond ? (Thanks to Mrs K Baldwin for the nice photograph)

Sad news - the 800 yrs old tree at the gate of Beauly Priory and (a great favourite of my guests) has fallen down. I visited the Priory on the 2nd January and took the attached photo, the other borrowed from an online news website shows it today 😟😟

Dear Friends – I have just closed down my annual 7 Day “lightning charity fundraiser” which ran from 20/12 until today. I am delighted to advise that this year we managed to raise a grand inclusive total of £595.91 to benefit childrens Cancer Charity Young Lives vs Cancer . Those who went to my “Just Giving” Page would have seen that the event was in memory of my late father Alex Dale who was lost to cancer almost three years ago and he is fondly remembered particularly during this festive period. A huge thank you to all of the donors who will be glad to know that there is a local focus to this charity and hopefully at some point in the new year they will update this page with how the money might be spent. Anyway, a deal is a deal and with a special mention to the "Loch Ness Swimmer" I have now removed the bad music posts and peace and goodwill on the internet has now been restored !!
