Who'd a thunk it? Evidently, American Alligators love marshmallows. While on a recent tour with New Orleans Airboat Tours, LLC, every time the boat stopped, the gators swam over to get a snack, which consisted of chicken necks and/or marshmallows, given by the captain. Most of the waterways throughout this area in Crown Point are very shallow, so the gators are standing on bottom when approaching the boats.
