All five of my bathrooms were updated last year or earlier this year. Here are some pictures. They turned out beautiful and the accessible bathroom is more functional now.

Reach out ASAP if you want to save 5% on next year’s rental. Summer calendar is mostly open as of right now. All new mattresses installed in September. Remaining two bathrooms will be remodeled in spring 2024. And as you can see in this photo, all of the solar path lights have been replaced or repaired! (That’s Cody in the photo btw.)

This past summer, 75% of my rentals included someone who relies on a wheelchair. One of the guests, provided the following video to share with others to illustrate the accessibility features of the house. It warms my heart to see people enjoying the house when I can not be there to enjoy it myself!

As many of you know, my lake house is fully handicapped accessible. So far this year, I have 10 rentals booked. Seven of those include someone who uses a wheelchair. I'm really happy I'm able to provide this accommodation. These guests are so thankful to find my property.

Also, for you repeat guests, you'll find brand new seats in the theatre room this year!
