Guest Ticket Application is a mobile application used by gas station (Petrol Pump)operator for easy billing of trucks which are used for transport across USA.Multiple tickets form an invoice which are billed to the company whose driver is transporting the goods.The Truck driver may be transporting from one place to another and the destination may be far enough requiring at least 6 fuel refills .On every occasion he may buy a few other products like cigarrates or chewing gum or a sweet even these are a part of one ticket.He can travel cashless and free and company billing is simplified through the app.

1.2Key features

Key Features are that Fuel is categorised into 4 types Regular,Plus,Super and Diesel just as available at the gas station and products available there like cigarrates or sweets or chewing gums fall into one category i.e;any other . Every purchase is termed as a lineEx:-Purchase of gasoline 3 litres is a line,similarly purchase of chewing gum is another line and purchase of sweets is another line so on and so forth. Each ticket can have multiple number of lines and Each Invoice can have multiple number of tickets,making the complications at the billing cycle negligible.The Driver already is aware about the gas stations for refill of the truck fuel tanks.The drivers data that is his Truck number,Plate number and Odometer are already available in the app,so also the inventory list at the gas station is available in the app so the driver as well as operator save time .

Using the app is a win –win situation for all including the driver who saves time ,can travel cashless and feels at home while travelling from one place to another.It is convenient to the operator as he need not worry about the payment collection,except for the COD customers whose generated tickets are closed immediately.He can easily check the availability or unavailability of anything from the inventory as it would show in dropdown if available and not show if unavailable.Thus he saves time and energy.The company of the truck driver is also at a benefit as they need not shell out cash to so many of their drivers travelling across USA.Also invoicing is simpler and makes use of technology thus company is running with the times and moving towards a more tech-savvy business.
