Electric fireplace, laundry, Smart TV and en-suite guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Upper level boasts vaulted ceilings in every bedroom. Huge primary bedroom with king bed, ocean views, and en-suite bath featuring garden tub. Queen bed in guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with bunk beds featuring 2 twins over full bed set up. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers. TV’s in every room. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, air fryer, ice maker, wine opener, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, 14 cup coffee maker w/permanent filter, and more! Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining, sun loungers and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower and covered parking. OCEAN LAKES AMENITIES:

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong. Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit. Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc. Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Please read. Updated Ocean Lakes Policy for all Guests:

Family is the reason we are here. And family values are as important to our founding family and team as they were when we opened our gates in 1971. As many of you know, over the last several years we have continued to see a steady increase in bad behavior from some guests during the busy season in the campground.

Our team is enhancing the existing policy, Quiet Hours (11 PM - 7 AM), due to the behavior of some of our guests. We want kids and golf cars off the streets by Midnight. This will assist our Security teammates as they strive to provide a safe, family-friendly environment and help them more easily identify potential problems and monitor our campground.

Our commitment to providing a safe, fun place for families remains stronger than ever. So, we are taking a stand. We are going old school: we're implementing curfews beginning Friday, May 24, 2024. Our team should not need to be disciplinarians, that’s the parents' responsibility.

Golf Car Curfew |
Ocean Lakes has a Midnight curfew for the operation of a Golf Car and other modes of transportation (such as e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) during Spring Break weeks, from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, and Halloweekends. These modes of transportation (golf cars, e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) must return to their registered site by Midnight and will be subject to a $100 fine if operated from Midnight to 5 AM.

Age Curfew |
Guests under 21 years of age are subject to Ocean Lakes’ curfew and must return to their site by Midnight unless accompanied by an adult from their site or the guest (or their parent/guardian) will be subject to a $100 fine. This policy applies year-round from Midnight to 5 AM. Carrying an ID is recommended.
We apologize to those good teenagers and their parents – we see you, and we truly appreciate you setting an example for others.
More information on these new policy additions can be found on our website. We have printed material about the new policies available at most campground buildings to assist our guests and Leaseholders.

This is the one time you can bring a float to the pool! Join us in the Outdoor Pool to watch a PG-rated movie on the big screen. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The Outdoor Pool is only open for the movie, no free swimming during this time. In the event of inclement weather or high winds, this activity will be cancelled. No fee.

‼ Squatted Vehicle Policy begins on Saturday, June 10th ‼

South Carolina has amended SECTION 56-5-4445, RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON ELEVATING OR LOWERING MOTOR VEHICLES, essentially outlawing squatted [trucks] vehicles due to safety concerns. Ocean Lakes also has safety concerns due to the number of people, pedestrians, golf cars, scooters, and bikes. We will no longer allow squatted vehicles [trucks] to operate in our campground. At this time, if you have such a vehicle, we will allow them to park at the South Gate (like motorcycles, slingshots, etc.) but not operate in Ocean Lakes beyond the gates (Spring Lane), similar to our motorcycle policy.

Please obtain a “Squatted Vehicle Pass” for the “South Gate Overflow Parking Area” from Security at the Main Gate as they will be required starting on Saturday, June 10, 2023. If the South Gate Overflow Parking is FULL, please proceed to the Main Office to purchase a pass for the Off-Site Remote Parking located in the “Ocean Lakes West Lot” on Wellsford Avenue adjacent to the Exxon Station on Hwy 544 (0.3 miles from OLFC’s Main Entrance).
