Summer Availability for 2024
Located on Shore Drive at A Place at the Beach III, the unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath and sleeps 6. The exterior of our building was renovated in 2024 with new windows, exterior doors and balcony. The master has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has a full size bunk bed. There is NO pull out sofa. The unit is first floor, second front ocean front, with fantastic beach, courtyard and pool views. There is a full ocean view as shown in the photos. The entire condo has been recently updated with new paint throughout, new hardwood flooring throughout, new showers and toilets in both bathrooms, new kitchen countertops, new bedding and new bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy, updated wifi and onsite coin operated laundry is located just down the hall. Each bedroom is equipped with a tv with cable access and a roku is on hand for guests to log into their private streaming accounts. Ocean Annie's beach bar is next door with live music daily, multiple restaurants are within walking distance, Apache Pier (the longest pier on the east coast) is a short walk down the beach and there is an inlet that is great for relaxing in and a great spot to crab.
Per the HOA no pets are allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. No parties are allowed.
Rentals include linens (sheets, towels), departure cleaning and all taxes/fees. All available dates for summer of 2024 are listed below with pricing. A $200 deposit is required along with a signed rental agreement to reserve your week. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. We accept check, paypal and venmo.
