These are large 1BR 1BA Ocean FRONT Corner units on 6th floor & 8th floor. Full kitchen, living/dining area, 2 balconies, and even an extra sink/cabinet/mirror outside of the bathroom.

MAX 6 people. 2 queen beds in huge bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Very standard furnishings, NOT fancy. Older resort, all about amenities and location!

No Pets, No Smoking Inside, No other dates available.
Live music every afternoon and evening till 11pm! Restaurants and Karaoke / Dance Club on site, walking distance to shops, liquor store and other restaurants / bars.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. No Pets, No Smoking. Renter must be 25, and present all week. Maximum is 6 people.

There is a Full Kitchen with coffee maker and basic cookware, dishes, glassware. Linens & Bath Towels are included. Stackable W & D. Bring Beach Towels, Toiletries, etc. 1-King Bed, 2-Twin Beds, and 1-Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Timeshares are all furnished similar, Furniture, Linens & other decor will differ from photos due to changing / upgrading the units every so many years! Fairly basic (the table is not set as shown lol!), and just like renting from a condo owner there is no maid service, only end of week cleaning.

I own several Timeshare Weeks, some at Sand's Ocean Club as well (already booked!). I've owned probably 20+ Timeshare weeks at different places since 1987. Ask what you need to know!
