Snows are falling across the Alps and last weekend.

The dollar's at a five-year high against the Swiss franc and +11% against the Euro.

And here we are in mid-December. For New Yorkers, and the rest of the world, Christmas is on our minds. A bit challenged seeking that perfect present? Maybe Santa can put the perfect package under the tree ~ a ski trip to the Alps perhaps?

Our 15/16 ski brochure will be sent out shortly. If you’re on our mailing list, look for it in the coming weeks. If you’re not on the list, and wish to be, please send your name and address so one can be posted.

I’m particularly excited because seven new hotels have been added in Austria, France and Switzerland. They range from two to five stars. And, again this season we have many Lindenmeyr specials.

So look for the brochure shortly or, if you’re impatient like me, call (800-248-2807) to begin planning your next trip. It’s already snowing in the Alps; Val d'Isere had more than a foot this weekend. Yes, it may seem way too early, but skiing those magnificent, undulating pistes doesn’t have to be too far off.
