Mission Statement

There are many cultures in the world that once you photograph them it adds a sense of new friendship to your life. As a photojournalist, I have been telling the stories of the people I meet, all my life. George Conlan, a long time college friend, and I have set up Worldwide Photographic Cultural Exchange ( Cuba Moments ) t

o help others learn, through their art and love of photography, how to communicate with others in places that they have never been. Cuba Moments, as I like to call it, travels into countries with their eyes wide open, as they hope to connect with the people and together tell their stories with the camera. It is far from just going to the Times Square of every country we visit. The tourist postcards are our keys. Cuba Moments is planning a series of trips into the country of Cuba. A country where time has stood still, but the people are very much alive. The changes are small but their effects are building to something big. We want will show you, through your art and the camera, how to tell their stories.

That’s why it's so special to us to document and share these fragile, anachronistic ways of life in unimaginable places while we still can.
