Real fruit is perishable, acidic and messy; with Pocket Chaser™ no knife, cutting board or cleanup is required. Other lime alternatives such as bottled lime juice is not convenient for use as a chaser and requires refrigeration after opening. Powder chasers are sometime inhaled through the mouth as they are consumed causing immediate coughing. From a consumption standpoint, Pocket Chaser™ is a dry product designed to dissolve instantly on the tongue. Each Pocket Chaser™ cassette comes with 20 strips, the exact amount necessary to chase the 20 available shots of a typical 750ml bottle of liquor. Pocket Chaser™ is conveniently sized to fit in a purse or pocket and has a 6 month shelf life once opened, 24 months unopened. When used as a beverage enhancer, Pocket Chaser™ is more convenient than real fruit since there is no cutting of fruit, waste or mess. Sanitary Conditions: Restaurant and bar serving stations are not known for being sanitary. In many cases fruit is cut and stored on common counters where consumers may also have direct access to the sliced fruit. Pocket Chaser™ is a personal-use consumable protected within its cassette enclosure until used. Flavor strips are removed from the cassette by sliding the top strip out far enough to secure complete removal with both fingers; the strips below the top strip are never touched until removed. This prevents each strip from becoming contaminated through unsanitary handling.
