Info for CPOs attending the Nuclear LCPO/EDMC course. Read details in the About You section. Rental Cars: We are cannot authorize a rental car.

For lodging:
You must dial 1-877 NAVY BED; you won't be reimbursed for lodging if you don't start there. In order to stay at a hotel that is not the
Navy Lodge or NGIS you must recieve a Certificate of Non-Availability. If you feel you may need a rental, work with your command to get that added to
your orders/travel. Our building:
Go in gate 5 (across from Pass and ID) then take your first left

into the bowling alley parking lot. Go all the way through the parking
lot and turn right when you come out. Ramage Hall parking lot will be on your left. Gate 6 can be accessed from I-564. From Gate 6 you will take the first right onto C Ave. Drive past Miller Hall and the next parking
lot is for Ramage Hall. Uniform of the Day:
NWUs or Khakis are acceptable

Working hours:
Report NLT 0700 on the first Monday. A post will put on the page if the class begins on a different day or there is a delay
in start time. All other days, typically 0800-1600. If you have additional questions:

We are unable to authorize rental cars during the course. During your travel planning is the time to request that a rental car be authorized in your orders/travel authorization from your parent command and as early as possible.

Per Naval Station Norfolk guidance and Submarine Learning Facility guidance we are on a two hour delay tomorrow. Muster time is 0930 vice 0730. Badge issue will be available at 0900. Please get the word out to any teammates who you know are attending the course but may not be following this page.

For the upcoming course 30-1, the start date is on January 4th, 2022, which is a Tuesday. Your orders may say the start date is January the 3rd. If you have questions please contact us at 757-445-9156.

Please refer to the working hours for the course when scheduling travel to and from the course. Typically the course is complete NLT 1300 on the 2nd Friday but the schedule may shift as there are a lot of guest speakers. Schedule accordingly and contact us if you have questions regarding this prior to your class.

COVID 19:

DO NOT REPORT PHYSICALLY TO THE SCHOOL TO BEGIN ROM

If you are coming from a either a red state or red installation then ROM is required unless you have meet the vaccination requirements of NAVADMIN 110/21. You can find the state/installation statuses by accessing the tracker through MyNavy Portal at the following address: https://www.mnp.navy.mil/group/don-covid-19-travel-tracker.

If you have received both doses of the COVID vaccine ROM is not required. If you have received both doses and ROM is in your orders, contact your detailer if you wish to modify your orders.

If you are conducting a ROM contact us the day you begin your ROM by emailing the following address: [email protected] or by contacting us at the numbers on this page. Include where you are staying, your room number and your phone number.

Refer to NAVADMIN 110/21 for any other guidance.
