There is a simple understated mid mod elegance about this home that creates a very relaxed, comfortable, easy living vibe. The open layout is perfect for spending time with your entire group. The well-stocked kitchen is light and bright - featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. Throughout the house there are lots of windows and sliders that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs-style. ABOUT THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
Both of the bedrooms offer King-sized beds with hospitality-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions and ample storage. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and direct pool access while the other has easy access to the hall bath. Both bathrooms have been updated. ABOUT THE EXTERIOR LIVING SPACES
As gorgeous as the interior spaces of this home are - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. Modern Ranch Heaven is like your own private mini resort where the mountain views are simply stunning, the landscape is thick and lush, and the entire has been space planned so you can spend most of your time outdoors. The entire back yard has been walled and landscaped for complete privacy. At the center of the yard is the pool and spa surrounded by chaise lounges, a daybed, the covered dining pavilion and the fire pit chat area. There is a plumbed gas barbecue - so you never have to worry about the tank going empty. Guests have been loving the new outdoor shower and the just added bocce ball court is so much fun. You'll be close to the Palm Springs Uptown Design District with its fine dining restaurants, sidewalk cafes, specialty boutiques, art galleries and midcentury furniture showrooms. The casino, convention center and night spots like Tropicale and the Copa are just a short stroll away. You'll also be in walking distance to at least six stops for The Buzz, the City's free trolley service that whisks you up and down the main thoroughfares - giving easy drive-free access to all the best commercial neighborhoods including bustling Downtown, the South Palm Springs Business District (SOPS) and the northern part of Downtown that is currently experiencing a renaissance with the addition of new hotels, coffee houses, ice cream shops and restaurants. It's officially Fall in the desert and the mornings are spectacular! Early morning sun coming up and its a super short people (or Dawg) walk over to Ruth Hardy Park. A total of 3 minutes to get over to the Meditation Park Area tennis courts and plenty of room to walk your dog or just take a stroll and get ready for the day!
