We got the pier built and in this weekend so you have a place to launch the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards! And even fish! 🎣 we love how it turned out and plan on adding more to it later this season or early next spring!

Also the finishing touch of the dartboard in the game room!

We finally have gotten the inside and all landscaping done outside for our two brand newly built vacation rentals! We are so excited to be hosting guests for our first busy season! We are located on a private lake in Phelps, just 15 mins north of Eagle River. We offer kayaks, paddle boarding, and canoeing! Also the public dock to north twin lake is only a mile a way and plenty of room to park your boats! We sleep up to 14 at one of our builds and 10 at the other!

We have availability in June yet, limited availability in July, and still pretty open in August! Be one of the first ones to experience this brand new property and house!

We are now taking bookings for the summer season at both of our vacation rentals! We are located on a private lake in Phelps, WI just north of Eagle River 15 mins! Guests will have access to kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe and a private lake of fishing! North Twin Lake is roughly a mile to the public boat launch from our properties, and it boasts one of the largest lakes in northern Wisconsin with roughly 3000 acres of water to enjoy, and explore! Plenty of room to bring your boat in our huge driveways at each rental! Come for the relaxation or exhilaration for your next Northwoods getaway!

We are so excited to see this commercial space in downtown Phelps finished and ready to be rented out! We met the owner this weekend and he’s a great guy and looking for new tenants! Lots of great things going on in Phelps!

We are SO excited to get the modern build done! I’m absolutely loving how it’s looking!! Mostly all the furnishings and decor are in! We’re tying up loose ends in the next few weeks looking to have this thing live in the next month or so!
