Port Aransas Beaches

Good morning, from the Port Aransas Beach at IB McGee Park and Horace Caldwell Pier, 6/11/19.

Yellow flags flying displaying current water concerns but not as turbulent tides as do come with red flags. Water clear as a bell. Cool to the touch although noaa weather claims water temp is 87° with an air temp of 80°. Slight winds blowing from North make it seem cooler.
High tide today at 11:08 am will bring good fishing conditions just before that tide reaches its peak. Redfish and trout still dominate while big fat snapper continue offshore worthy catches along with wahoo and ling. Summer is here!

Thankful for the beauty here, gem of the Texas Coast.
