Twelve Palms is a great home to enjoy the wildlife. Momma Killder is back on the nest with 4 eggs. In the spring, she hatched two chicks. Momma K blends in so well with the rock garden that I placed a shell planter for humans to stay back. Poppa Killdeer is close by and will arrive quickly when she sounds an alert.

Twelve Palms = Paradise
Twelve Palms was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, and very comfortable. We brought our furgirls and that was so nice. The yard is secure so no worries when taking them outside. The kitchen has everything I need to make breakfast. House is close to everything and most importantly the BEACH. We had no issues with the house, the living room is comfortable, and the bed is too. Deborah sends great information on restaurants, shops, everything that is great in Port A. We definitely can’t wait to go back.

My family and I had a great month long stay in Port A. The town, beaches, pickle ball, restaurants and people made for a memorable trip. Twelve Palms is a fabulous location. Close enough to golf cart to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc… but quiet and off the beaten path for nice relaxing days and evenings at home. The owner was extremely attentive and handled any issues or questions immediately. The house is a very comfortable three/two with a great kitchen and outside balconies to enjoy the sunny days and evenings and watch the ships go by. Being located within walking distance of the community pool and pickle ball courts was an added bonus.

What will be new at Twelve Palms in March 2023? This narrow back porch will be removed in February and The Sunset Champagne Sipping deck will in it's place! The deck will be wide enough for lounging at a table with comfy chairs watching the amazing sunsets. There will be a new staircase for humans and our dog guests to access the perfect backyard from the master bedroom. I will keep you posted on the progress once the project begins!
