This Beauty is located in Punta Gorda, FL it sits right on the waterway of Charlotte Harbor leading right out to the gulf...
It is a 55+ community however they are not one of your real strict parks very laid back and Everyone is soo nice... We just rented it out for the first year and everyone who has stayed with us fell in love with the place So many amazing things to do and only 8 min away from the Air port :)

No smoking 🚭 you can smoke outside on the back looking over the Beautiful water just not in the house .
Really do not want pets but will consider with a nice security deposit as everything is Brand new and furbabies as much as we love them can do a lot of damage to just a rug that cost $450 the park will only allow up to 25 pounds too.

Lets this be your home away from home we have tried to include everything you will need including some extras for your stay. If interested send us a message for more details.

After March 2022 all dates open until Jan 2023 then rented through March ..

We just bought the place and spent a month there completely remodeling it this is our first vacation rental and we are super excited for someone to enjoy this Beauty everything is pretty much brand new inside . So many amazing things to do and only 8 min away from the Air port :)

This Beauty is located in Punta Gorda, FL
Perfect place to come and rewind and relax ..
I have posted a video so you can see the layout .
It will sleep 6 has two queen beds with 1 queen pull out couch. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms and a laundry room with a ton of storage space. It also has a full size shed out back . The home come completely turn key.
Wifi , electric,, gas everything included
This beautiful home sits right on the intercoastal of Charlotte Harbor you can fish right out your back door or enjoy an evening around your cozy firepit have a cook out on your new grill looking at your beautiful views . Bring your boat, boat slips are available for an extra $80 a month just steps away. There are so many things this home and the the park it sits in has to offer. Just steps away you have a beautiful heated pool with a beautiful hot tub, Beautiful Clubhouse, Play a game of some bocce so many things to offer . It is only 8 min away from the Punta Gorda Airport and 8 min away from the Famous Fisherman's Village,
