Dear NC GreenTravel Members. Thank you for all your support for the NC GreenTravel Initiative. You all have been amazing with your environmental stewardship programs. I wish you all the best of success in the future and remind you to promote NC GreenTravel Initiative to your fellow businesses. I will be retiring at the end of this week and have enjoyed the wonderful opportunities that being the manager of this program has afforded. I have met many of you, emailed you, or spoken with you by telephone, and, I must say it has been such a great pleasure to know you and your tourism businesses. I especially enjoyed learning all the wonderful and unique ways you have developed to stay green!

This week's NC GreenTravel featured sustainable destination is the North Carolina Zoological Park's Believe in the Magic of Christmas Event, this weekend, December 11th and 12th. Come celebrate the magic of the season at this magical event.
