Additional services we provide are site analysis, green building consultation, energy calculations, permitting services, existing home review for renovation potential, creation of as-built plans and on-site observation. We also strive to enhance the cost of our professional fees in a couple of ways. One, we focus on giving you friendly customer service where you feel you’re working with a close friend. Two, we focus on minimizing those unforeseen costs and surprises inherent in every project. Debra Blessman, the owner and founder is a Certified Professional Building Designer. She is a proud member of the Texas Institute of Building Design, the American Institute of Building Design, the National Council of Building Designer Certification, the Home Builders Association Greater Austin and the Austin Energy Green Building Program.

This rendering is for a home design we did. It is currently being built by Tom Hobbs Co. in Georgetown, TX. This one story home with 3645 square feet of conditioned area is being built to exceed the EPA’s requirements for their Energy Star Home program.
