This home includes 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas with pull out Sofa Beds.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the landscaped back yard. There are 2 separate living rooms which allow guest to split up and enjoy their own space when desired. The home itself is SO cozy! The beds are ultra-comfy and the living room boasts amazing lounge furniture. All other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Smart TVS are found throughout the house.

The back patio is a quite place to enjoy the outdoors for an early morning coffee or an evening bar-b-q. There are 6 patio chairs as well as 5 Adirondack chairs.

4 Beach Cruisers are provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage and come with locks to use when going out on the town. You can quickly walk or bike to all of the hot spots of our city! For Nights of Lights, you can't beat the views of downtown as you bike over the Lion's Bridge!

There's garage parking for 1 car plus space for 3 cars in the driveway.

While spending time at Lion View will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Walk to all of our favorite local spots: Black Fly Restaurant, The World Famous Conch House Restaurant, Osprey Tacos, Mojo's Tacos, Gas Restaurant, Grower's Alliance Coffee, Llama Restaurant, Whetstone Chocolates, Yoga Studios, Mellow Mushroom, and MUCH more!

Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 5 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Lion View.
