LumpyJones originates from a quote on the television program, Built to Shred, which airs on Fuel TV. An actual "LumpyJ

ones" is when you get a scrape, bump, or bruise while shredding. The essence of LumpyJones Skateboards is picking yourself up (beginners-expert) from the pavement or halfpipe, and retrying the trick until you succeed. We started building skateboards in our garage for the local kids with some pressed plywood, a jigsaw, router, sander, and spraypaint. Needless to say this was a blast for the kids and saved the parents a few bucks. We hope to continue this culture with our company, providing quality products for less cost than in most skateshops.
