the house is located at 1108 Sand Castle Road, Sanibel, Florida. The quaint house was built in 1979 and is full of island charm and uniqueness. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the second level. And there is an outdoor staircase that can be used to enter the house from the outside. (The house would not be conducive for a wheelchair and/or injured individual.) There is an eat-in kitchen th

at flows openly into the main living room area. The largest bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom. There is a laundry room on the first level. A third bedroom is located on the first level perfect for young teens or children with 2 twin beds. The house does NOT have a pool.
