722 North Broadway Kilmer House 1887 designed by Slocum. This is a Queen Anne Cottage. This house was used in the filming of Ghost Story in 1981. A special details are the Tiffany stained glass windows.

Stanford White is a famous architect who designed The Russell's (aka William Vanderbilts) House on 5th Ave. His best friend was Henry Thaw his wife was Evelyn Nesbit the first Gibson Girl. Thaw would murder him in a restaurant in Madison Square in NY. Thaw discovered his wife was having a affair with White. One of 2 summer cottages in Saratoga and Lake George on Millionaires Row.
