Our studio apartments are complete with kitchenette, private bathroom, and coin-operated laundry on site. We have rooms with a single queen bed or double bunkbeds.
These apartments will serve as your home away from home while working your temporary seasonal job in Seward, Alaska, whether that is just for one week or several months. Rates:
Weekly rate - $400 plus 3% tax
BiMonthly - $600 plus 3% tax
Monthly - $850 plus 3% tax
Security & Cleaning:
Weekly, BiMonthly, and Monthly Stays:
Weekly - Security deposit of $200 will be held and charged for any damages, and a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. BiMonthly - Security deposit of $300 will be held and charged for any damages, and a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Monthly - Security deposit of $425 will be held and charged for any damages, and a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Pets:

Pet Security Fee – Security deposit of $250 will be held and charged for any damages, and an additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
