2025 reservation calendar is online. My repeat guests may reserve their week for a nominal fee that converts to a deposit upon final payment with 50% not due until next year. New guests can reserve for 50% now and remainder due 30 days prior to your stay. Reserve now or risk losing your preferred week or property.

Exclusive pre grand opening availability for the latest addition to surfcitybeachhomes. I have yet to decide on the name for the new house but it is right next to Comes a Time and is the exact layout. 2 kings 1 queen 1 bunk room. Many extra creature comforts including a hot tub on the deck and a very unique private beach deck. Pictures soon, I’m still replacing furniture and decorating. Opening up availability starting Saturday June 22nd through to August 3rd.

The newest addition to the surfcitybeachhomes is coming along! It features a generous deck over the dune for a front row seat to watch the surfers and dolphins. The overgrown dune has been tamed allowing ocean views from all rooms now. It’s located next door to Comes A Time and will accommodate 10 guests. Same footprint at Sandpiper Landing and Comes a Time. It’s getting all new flooring, a quartz kitchen countertop, furnishings and decor. It will be fresh and ready for spring 2024

Make your 2024 reservations soon for best selection! If you are guest of Sandpiper Landing or Comes a Time and your preferred week is already spoken for, good news! A third option is coming in 2024! The new addition will be another 4 bedroom three bath home in the same area and will sleep a minimum of 10. Email or call to reserve your week in advance. If all goes as planned I’ll be spending the winter months to renovate the new property and plan to have it available for guests by April 2024.

To my concerned guests at Sandpiper Landing and Comes a Time. The old Blizzards motel across the street burned up last week. We suffered no damage save a couple deck chairs got soot stained. The cause of the fire is under investigation but it’s a reminder to all that fire is no joke on the island. Wind is almost ever present and can turn an ember into an inferno in no time at all. Please be aware when using the barbecue or any flame source.
