APRIL: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 11 am - 2 pm (last tour @ 2 pm)
Closed April 7th-9th (Easter weekend)
Closed April 14th-16th (Private Event)
MAY: Thursdays, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, 11 am - 2 pm (last tour @ 2 pm)
No Tours Memorial Day Weekend
JUNE & JULY: Open 7 days a week (times vary)

Verdict: Highly recommend!! Our personal favorite is the Cookie Monster! You won't regret it!

Announcing.... a sea turtle release, and you are invited to join us! Celebrate and watch Cool Mint (pictured) and nine friends go back to their ocean home! The release will be Tuesday, 10:00 am, at the Broadway Street Beach Access ( #5) in Surf City.

Please note we expect this release to be VERY crowded. We will be broadcasting it on Facebook Live should you wish to enjoy it from the comfort of your home! If you choose to join us, please be aware that parking is very limited at the release site. We encourage you to CARPOOL, BIKE, or WALK! Surf City paid parking is in effect. For a map of available parking areas, please visit https://www.surfcitync.gov/DocumentCenter/View/3117/Parking-Map-New-March-1-2021.

This conservation work for protected sea turtles at KBSTRRC and on Topsail Island is authorized by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission, ES Permit 22ST05.

Before the Beach Shop & Grille, Chef Chris Gates was a private chef for several politicians, celebrities and bands including Steve Winwood, Widespread Panic and Ashley Judd. It was the beach and music scene that brought him to the Topsail area.
