Missing your Vitamin Sea with us? Join Wes & Casey on an upcoming whale watch! Here are a few reminders when preparing for your trip:

Whale watching cruises continue through the end of February! We wanted to share a few reminders to help you enjoy your trip(s) with us at Rudee Tours!

🧣Dress in layers! No matter what the temp is at the dock, always assume it will be chillier out on the water! Didn’t bring enough layers? Don’t worry, we have you covered! From blankets to hoodies, to long sleeves, and even beanies, we have plenty of items to keep you and your family warm!

⏰Arrive early! Plan ahead to account for traffic and parking. It is best to arrive about an hour prior to your trip time. We typically begin boarding 30-45 minutes before departure.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Please ensure your entire group is in line together. Often times we will take more than one boat out, this will ensure your group does not end up split up.

🍹Grab a snack, cocktail, and some souvenirs from our ship store right on board! Planning on visiting the bar? Don’t forget your ID!

💵We accept cash, card, and contactless pay on board. Please plan to bring cash for your souvenir photo ($15 each) and for crew gratuity (15-20% is appreciated).

⌚️Your trip may end up lasting longer than expected! We allot extra time in case we have to travel farther to find whales.

📸Bring a camera! And be sure to charge your batteries so that you can capture all of your memories!

🌊Take your dramamine! If you are not used to being out on the water it is best to play it safe and take sea sickness preventatives. We want you to be able to take in all of the sights without having to feed the fish.

😁Bring a positive attitude! Of course we want everyone to enjoy their trip. Keep in mind that we are dealing with wild animals that are always unpredictable. This is also what makes each and every trip unique. We believe the best way to experience our local marine life is to join us on various different trips. We want to ensure you have a great experience with us at Rudee Tours, for this reason we have a whale watch guarantee. If whales are not spotted on your trip, you will receive a voucher to ride again free!
