Built in 2004, renovated in 2011, this 5000+ square feet home is specially arranged to accommodate large families. There are two big common areas for gathering: the first floor entertainment room (650 sq. and the 3rd floor great room (1200 sq. ft.).
- We offer linens for all rentals, including 3-day rentals.
- There are many handicap friendly features: elevator, front-door ramp, low-threshold back

door, grab bars in the first floor bathroom.
- It is next to the city’s beach access. The beach is only 50 yards away from the back yard – you cannot get any closer to the beach for a 3rd row property.

Spring is the best time for improvement and replenishment. Several pieces of furniture will be replaced in the coming weeks: the sofa set in the game room, one king bed and two twin beds. The work that involves contractors could be challenging given the pandemic. One day, I had to talk to a contractor over the phone inside the house while he inspected the work outside🙁
