She is one of a few therapists specializing in working with
young children (ages 2-6) that have experienced trauma and abuse.

Angela can help with:

-Coping with stress and depression
-Stress in the family
-Anger problems
-Behavioral problems at home and school
-Children "Acting Out"
-Coping with trauma associated with divorce, physical abuse, and sexual abuse
-Eating disorders

-Developmental and physical limitations
-Attachment problems
-Coping with new situations and change

I use dance therapy and drama therapy in all of my work. In each session we "move" instead of “sit” giving the individual the chance to express feelings and emotions though their body. My goals in therapy are to provide dance therapy, drama therapy, addiction counseling and verbal therapy to children, teens, adults and families to help them foster increased body awareness, sense of self and to experience emotional healing of trauma and daily struggles. Angela is currently accepting new referrals for individual, group and family counseling in the Greensboro, NC area.

I have exciting news to share! The business just bought a house for permanent office space. It's 114yrs old and completely redone down to the studs. It's zoned comerical and residential and in a growing business area so TONS of potential. Closing date set for 4/25. Will move out of current space in 1 week and do teleheath for a month. Check it out

Reminder its almost time! I will be making more cat shelters Sat Jan 6th, 2024 from noon-4 at my office 402 Muirs chapel road. I need volunteers to help (tearing duct tape etc nothing too hard), large coolers hard shell is best, straw and duck tape (heavy duty is best). If you have any of these things to donate or want to come and learn how to make shelters let me know. I will be gathering supplies up till the day of but not after. Also money is helpful as this allows me to purchase things. Spread the word and visit your local goodwill and help collect items. PM if you have items to be picked up/delivered. Anyone wanting a shelter come to the event and help and take one home 4-5 pm that day as I won't be storing them and will be giving them away free. So far I have about 15 coolers and will make as many as I get.
