Vitamin Sea and Smiles: Venus Travel Outing to Cham Island! ️

Taking a break from the grind and soaking up some sunshine! Our amazing team just got back from a refreshing getaway to Cham Island off the coast of Hoi An. ️

After all that hard work, we traded spreadsheets for seashells and laptops for snorkeling gear. The crystal-clear water, stunning beaches, and lush landscapes were the perfect recipe for relaxation and bonding.

We swam through hidden coves, explored underwater wonders, and feasted on delicious local food. It was a fantastic opportunity to recharge, connect with colleagues outside the office, and create some lasting memories together.

Feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle new challenges! Big thanks to Hoi An Xanh for prioritizing our well-being and treating us to this incredible experience.

Ingredients:

Rice: The foundation of the rice paper, typically using a specific variety known for its glutinous properties.
Water: Used for soaking and grinding the rice.
Flavorings (optional): Some regions add sesame seeds, tapioca flour, or other natural ingredients for a unique flavor or texture.

Steps:

Soaking: The rice is soaked in water for several hours, becoming soft and pliable.
Grinding: The soaked rice is then ground into a fine slurry using a stone grinder or a machine.
Mixing: Water and optional flavorings are added to the rice slurry, creating a smooth and thin batter.
Steaming: A thin layer of the batter is spread onto a pre-heated cloth stretched over a steaming pot. The steam cooks the batter, forming a thin and translucent sheet.

* Van P**c silk weaving village is also known as Ha D**g silk weaving village in Van P**c ward - Ha D**g - Hanoi. Having existed for more than 1000 years, Van P**c silk village is one of the most beautiful silk weaving villages in Vietnam.
* Van P**c silk village is embellished with colors from umbrellas hanging on the street. It is this unique decoration that has brought visitors impressive and interesting scenes.
* Located about 35 km from the center of the capital. Incense village in Quang Phu Cau commune, Ung Hoa district, has a history of making traditional incense sticks for more than a century.
* Visiting Quang Phu Cau incense village is an opportunity for me to learn about the traditional craft of making incense sticks and take lots of unique check-in photos. Right from the first steps to the incense village, you will meet a busy life of the people here.
* This place also has the ancient beauty of the Northern countryside, and is also mixed with many modern imprints.
* Going through the village roads, there are many vehicles, large and small means of transport in and out to bring incense to sell. Somewhere, there are large courtyards filled with bouquets of red incense like giant flowers under the bright yellow sunlight. Here, people take advantage of the courtyards, communal houses, and vacant lots to dry incense, creating an extremely impressive scene.
