We have recently designed and developed the "On Route 24" C Store concept for Caltex and Nyumnyum. We have been Intimately involved in creating, and or developing the "Brand Identity" of some of these Franchises from the ground up......and from day one! We also take pride in designing stores that function efficiently, with minimum staff compliment, and maximum efficiency. To do this, it is necessary to understand everything about the food. From how it is stored to how it is prepared and what equipment is best suited to preparing it. There are many great looking food franchises out there, but few that can produce...... HOT FOOD FAST! We understand that the Look and Feel will draw the customer in, but after that, they expect fast delivery of drinks and food....Great tasting food and HOT food! The correct operational layout of a restaurant is a Science.....not an Art! A fine example is Chicken Licken!
