The main bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 2 singles beds. The open plan living/dining area has sliders to a patio with built in wood burning braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave and dis

hwasher. The living area has a TV with DSTV commercial package. A wood burning fireplace in the lounge is perfect for our chilly Clarens winters. There is also a single covered carport per unit. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
Midweek and weekends – 2 nights
School holidays – 3 nights
Long weekends – 3 – 4 nights dependant on long weekend dates
Easter weekend – 4 nights

2017 RATES
R550pppn,R250pppn for children under the age of 12 years, no charge for children under the age of 3 years. A minimum rate of R1600 per unit per night will apply. R200 once off cleaning fee
