❤️Exercise Tip of the Week:
💧Deep water running is an excellent alternative to land-based running and a fantastic addition to your training plan.
🫁🫀It benefits cardiovascular health, strength & conditioning, injury rehab, is low-impact exercise, and great cross-training.
💧The most effective way to water run is to wear a running belt (see the yellow belt around my waist). This keeps your body suspended, allowing your arms and legs to move freely while keeping your head above the water's surface.
🤩Now you can mimic the motion of jogging while submerged in water!
