Upcoming Changes to Our Business Hours
We noticed the increase of the amount of people that need help from our services. We take great pride in providing top-notch service to all of our clients. To ensure that each and every matter is handled with the utmost care, we have decided to allocate a few days during the week to focus solely on processing client applications and cases. Therefore, starting on February 1st, 2024, our office hours will be adjusted to the following schedule. On days when our office is closed, please know that we are working diligently to address your concerns, and we kindly request that you refrain from visiting us unannounced.

To all our customers for Oceania Paradise Travel Services side of the business, (https://www.oceaniaptservices.com/). All those with fares that are on hold by airlines, we have just got confirmation that all your CREDITS for bookings to continue with your travels, have been extended it's due date until end of YEAR 2023 (Dec).

I believe we have a lot of our big group bookings from New Zealand like the Mighty Hawks for 31 customer, Flying Eagle 47 customers and Green Pasture group for 25 customers. Please notify me immediately to get an update. Thank you Mighty Hawks, yours is already been notified. The other two please let me know as we need to discuss further. All our family travel groups, yes expiry date of your Credits are extended until Dec 2023.

This side of the business will resume services from the 20th June 2022 when our booking system will be merge on our website. Check our website for more information and thank you so much for your support of every small business we run. Very much appreciated.

To all our Oceania Paradise Travel and Tours loyal customers thank you for your support . We will resume our help with your payment plan bookings start from next week. Heres a small video and more packages will be coming up to promote our Oceania Paradise Travel and Tours. We will promote only packages from countries with less restrictions to travel (i.e. from Australia to New Zealand) and within Local travels for now. So Yes will be helping out customers for their payment plan trip start from next week. Our biggest group of 35 people to travel from New Zealand to Samoa are still on hold their flights until borders are back to normal, very much appreciated your support. Yes Samoa, Fiji and Tonga we have so many customers with trips on hold to travel home. Yes next week for our Oceania Paradise Travel and Tours customers. Thank you all.
