BLOTCH has been providing Architectural Services to an expansive range of markets and localities since it's beginning. Our licensed staff of Architects, LEED Accredited Professionals and 3-D Computer Rendering Experts provides the professionalism and innovative approaches fundamental to the ex*****on of successful design solutions. From conceptual design through construction administration, our Design Team integrates technical expertise, construction knowledge, and conceptual 3-D visualization to produce the optimal design solution. Our Architecture department has completed hundreds of Commercial, Residential and Institutional projects for a wide range of clients. Some of the services we provide include site analysis/ conceptual plans, schematic design, design development, master plans, construction documents, ADA compliance and LEED certification. CIVIL ENGINEERING
BLOTCH has been providing Civil Engineering services since its beginning. With our licensed staff of Civil Engineers, certified in Bangladesh, we are able to provide knowledgeable and accurate services. Our Civil Engineering Department concentrates on site design, infrastructure design and urban land development planning and design. Some services we offer include grading plans, water and sewer plans, storm drain and drainage design, storm water pollution prevention, roadway and driveway designs and hydrologic studies. LAND SURVEYING
BLOTCH uses state-of-the-art technology in all facets of Surveying including G.P.S. Our licensed staff of Land Surveyors offer their expertise and knowledge for the most precise and detailed work possible. We provide surveying services to municipalities for water, wastewater and utility infrastructure developments, as well as public and private developers. Some of the surveying services we offer include A.L.T.A. and G.P.S. surveys, construction staking, boundary surveying, topographic surveying, right-of-way research and easement staking. BLOTCH also has experience with surveys requiring special procedures and processing including sediment movement surveys and subsidence surveys, tidal surveys for bluff setback studies and sub-surface surveys.
