1ST Day : We start for Sundarban early in the morning (6.30/07-am) from Khulna Launch Ghat. We reach Dhangmari forest office-(11 /11.30-am) at that time we pay our forest tax and take our forest guard/-. At that time the boat start its journey the first destination Herbaria Mangrove trail, we visit Herbaria Mangrove trail, then we start its journey the next destination Kotka. In the first day we stay night on boat at Kotka tourist spot.
2nd Day : In 2nd day early in the morning we can cruise the Kotka channel and visit the Katka Sea Beach and the wild forest with Katka Watch Tower. As you like and came back on boat take our breakfast at that time the boat start its journey the next destination Kachikhali tourist spot. After lunch our vessel will move for Kachikhali tourist spot. After that we will enjoy the Dimerchar and enjoy the sunset, then come back on boat and at that time the boat start its journey the next destination.
3rd Day : 3rd day we visit Karamjal wildlife Centre, and then we make our return journey for Khulna.
Return Khulna after that:
The majority of the final day will be spent cruising back to Khulna. You can either catch a flight back to Dhaka via Jessore or take an overnight bus to complete the journey.

বাংলাদেশে যাতায়াতে যে পাখি পাড়ি দেয় ২০ হাজার কিলোমিটার পথ !

বাংলাদেশ চামচঠুঁটো বাটান পাখির গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শীতকালীন আবাস। মহাবিপন্ন প্রজাতির এ পাখির সংখ্যা সারা বিশ্বে ২৪০ থেকে ৪৫৬টি। তাই তো চামচঠুঁটো বাটানকে পৃথিবীর সব পাখিবিদ এখন চেনেন। চামচঠুঁটো বাটান যেন পৃথিবী থেকে বিলুপ্ত হয়ে না যায় এবং রক্ষার জন্য ২০১০ সালে চামচঠুঁটো বাটান টাস্কফোর্স গঠন করা হয়। চামচঠুঁটো বাটানের প্রজনন–পরবর্তী পরিযান তথ্য নিয়ে সম্প্রতি একটি গবেষণা নিবন্ধ প্রকাশিত হয়েছে ওয়েডার স্টাডি নামের জার্নালে।

গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে, রাশিয়ার চুকোটকা থেকে বাংলাদেশে আসতে এবং ফিরে যেতে ২০ হাজার কিলোমিটারের বেশি পথ উড়তে হয় ছোট্ট ও সুন্দর এ পাখির। আসা-যাওয়ার পথে এরা উপকূলীয় কয়েকটি দেশে যাত্রাবিরতি দেয়। চামচঠুঁটো বাটান (Calidris pygmaea) মূলত রাশিয়ার সাইবেরিয়ার প্রত্যন্ত চুকোটকা অঞ্চলে প্রজনন করে। প্রজননের পরে তারা অপেক্ষাকৃত কম শীতের আবাসে পরিযান করে খাবার ও আশ্রয়ের জন্য।

পরিযানের সময় তারা দীর্ঘ পথ অতিক্রম করে এবং অনেক জায়গায় যাত্রাবিরতি দেয়। প্রজনন–পরবর্তী সময়ে চামচঠুঁটো বাটান কোন কোন জায়গায় অবস্থান নেয়, তা নিয়ে তেমন তথ্য ছিল না এত দিন। সেই তথ্য জানার জন্য পাখি গবেষকেরা প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ১৩টি চামচঠুঁটো বাটান পাখির গায়ে সৌরশক্তিচালিত স্যাটেলাইট ট্যাগ বসিয়ে প্রজনন–পরবর্তী সময়ের গতিবিধি জানতে সক্ষম হয়েছেন। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এ তথ্যভান্ডার চামচঠুঁটো বাটানের বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি কমিয়ে দেবে।

গবেষণা থেকে জানা গেছে, পরিযানের সময় এরা পূর্ব এশিয়ান-অস্ট্রেলিয়ার ফ্লাইওয়ে ব্যবহার করে। ট্যাগ করা প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক চামচঠুঁটো বাটানের তিনটি চীন, একটি ভিয়েতনাম, একটি মিয়ানমার, দুটি বাংলাদেশের জাহাজিয়া চর এবং একটি ইন্দোনেশিয়ার সুমাত্রায় চলে যায়।

এ গবেষণায় ২৮টি জায়গা শনাক্ত করা হয়েছে অধিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বসতি হিসেবে যেসব স্থানে এরা পরিযানের সময় খাবারের জন্য এবং পালকের পরিবর্তনের জন্য সময় কাটায়। বিশেষ করে রাশিয়ার তিনটি জায়গা যেখানে এরা দূরবর্তী পথ অতিক্রম করার আগে সময় কাটায়। জায়গা তিনটি হলো পেরেওলোচনি বে, মোরোশেচনায়ে নদী এবং টাইক বে। চামচঠুঁটো বাটান যতগুলো স্থানে যাত্রাবিরতি দিয়েছিল, সেগুলোর মধ্যে মাত্র ১০টি বসতির জন্য সুরক্ষাব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে, শরতের সময় এরা চীনের এবং দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার ইয়েলো সাগরের উপকূলে সময় কাটায়। এ জন্য তাদের রাশিয়ার চুকোটকা থেকে ৪০০০ কিলোমিটার পথ উড়তে হয়। এখানে তারা ৩৭ থেকে ৫০ দিন থাকে। এখানে তাদের প্রজননকালীন ডানার পালক পরিবর্তন হয়ে যায়। ডানার নতুন পালক ধারণ করার পর তারা দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব এশিয়ার ভ্রমণ করে এবং কম শীতের আবাসে থাকে নভেম্বর থেকে ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত। তারপর তারা আবার ফিরে যায় রাশিয়ার আবাসে প্রজননের জন্য। ১৩টি ট্যাগ করা চামচঠুঁটো বাটানের মধ্যে সর্বনিম্ন একটি ১৯ দিন এবং একটি ১৮৭ দিন ট্যাগ নিয়ে উড়েছে। অন্য ১১টিও নানা মেয়াদে ট্যাগ নিয়ে উড়েছে। ট্যাগগুলো ছিল ২ গ্রাম ওজনের।

এবার জনপ্রতি ফিতরা ৭০ টাকা

এ বছর বাংলাদেশে ফিতরার হার জনপ্রতি সর্বনিম্ন ৭০ টাকা ও সর্বোচ্চ ২ হাজার ৩১০ টাকা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।

বুধবার রাজধানীর বায়তুল মোকাররমে ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের সভাকক্ষে জাতীয় ফিতরা নির্ধারণ কমিটির সভায় এ হার ঠিক করা হয়।

ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের (ইফা) সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।

সভায় সর্বসম্মত সিদ্ধান্ত হয় যে, ইসলামী শরিয়াহ মতে সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী আটা, খেজুর, গম, কিশমিশ, পনির ও যবের যে কোনো একটি পণ্যের নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ বা এর বাজারমূল্য ফিতরা হিসেবে গরিবদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করা যায়। আটার ক্ষেত্রে এর পরিমাণ এক কেজি ৬৫০ গ্রাম (অর্ধ সা’)।

খেজুর, কিশমিশ, পনির ও যবের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ কেজি ৩০০ গ্রামের (এক সা’) মাধ্যমে সাদকাতুল ফিতর (ফিতরা) আদায় করতে হয়। এসব পণ্যের বাজার মূল্য হিসাব করে সর্বোচ্চ ও সর্বনিম্ন ফিতরা ঠিক করা হয়।

ইফা বলছে, ফিতরার পণ্যের স্থানীয় খুচরা বাজার মূল্যে তারতম্য রয়েছে। ফলে স্থানীয় মূল্য পরিশোধ করলেও ফিতরা আদায় হবে। ইসলাম ধর্মে ছোট-বড়, নারী-পুরুষ সব সামর্থ্যবান মুসলিমের পক্ষে ফিতরা আদায় করা ওয়াজিব। ফিতরা ঈদের নামাজের আগে বণ্টন করাও ওয়াজিব।

২০৩০ সালে রমজান মাস হবে দুইটি !

আর মাত্র একদিন পরই শুরু হবে আত্মশুদ্ধি ও সিয়াম-সাধনার মাস রমজান। বছরের এই একটি মাসে আমরা আমলের মাধ্যমে সওয়াবকে ৭০ গুণ বাড়িয়ে নিতে পারি।

ইংরেজি বর্ষপঞ্জি অনুযায়ী বছরে একবারই আসে রমজান মাস। কিন্তু কেমন হবে যদি বছরে দুইটি রমজান মাস হয়? হ্যাঁ- আগামীতে এমনই একটি বছর আসবে যেটিতে রমজান মাস হবে বছরে দুইবার।

চন্দ্র বিশেষজ্ঞ মিনহাল খানের বরাতে দ্য ইসলামিক ইনফরমেশন এ খবর জানিয়েছে।

মিনহাল খান বলেন, প্রতি বছর চন্দ্র মাস ১০ থেকে ১১ দিন এগিয়ে যায়, সে ধারাবাহিকতায় আমরা ২০৩০ সালে পৌঁছানোর পর জানুয়ারীতে রমজান পাবো, তারপরে আমরা একই পবিত্র মাস ডিসেম্বরে পাবো, মানে এক বছরে দুটি রমজান পেতে যাচ্ছি আমরা।

মুসলিম উম্মাহ বছরে একটি রমজান এবং ঈদুল ফিতর পালন করে অভ্যস্ত, তবে এ গবেষণা মতে ২০৩০ সালে দুটি রমজান পাওয়া যাবে।

চন্দ্র বিশেষজ্ঞরা চন্দ্র ক্যালেন্ডার বিশ্লেষণ করে দেখেছেন এবং নিশ্চিত করেছেন যে- ২০৩০ সালে দুটি রমজান হবে।

দুবাই অ্যাস্ট্রোনোমি গ্রুপের চিফ এক্সিকিউটিভ অফিসার, হাসান আহমেদ আল হারিরি নিশ্চিত করেছেন যে- ২০৩০ সালে দুটি রমজান হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।

কারণ হিসেবে তিনি বলেন, আমরা বিশ্বব্যাপী যে ক্যালেন্ডারটি অনুসরণ করি তা সৌরজগতের সঙ্গে সম্পৃক্ত থাকে এবং ইসলামি ক্যালেন্ডারের জন্য চাঁদ অনুসরণ করা হয়, তাই এই বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত যে ২০৩০ সালে ২টি রমজান হবে।

তিনি আরও বলেন যে, ২০৩০ সালের রমজান জানুয়ারির শুরুতে এবং আবার একই বছরের ডিসেম্বরের শেষে হবে।

In the first day we stay night on boat at Kotka tourist spot.
2nd Day : In 2nd day early in the morning we can cruise the Kotka channel and visit the Katka Sea Beach and the wild forest with Katka Watch Tower. As you like and came back on boat take our breakfast at that time the boat start its journey the next destination Kachikhali tourist spot. After lunch our vessel will move for Kachikhali tourist spot. After that we will enjoy the Dimerchar and enjoy the sunset, then come back on boat and at that time the boat start its journey the next destination.
3rd Day : 3rd day we visit Karamjal wildlife Centre, and then we make our return journey for Khulna.
Return Khulna after that:
