In case you're interested, this is a Garden Tiger Moth "Woolly Bear", which are becoming increasingly rare, along with much of our native wildlife.

It's the first time for quite a while, that I've had the time to meander out to the sea: a glorious August Friday afternoon, not a soul to be seen, other than me and the dogs. It is such a fabulous way to decompress; thank you God :)
