GoCruise & Travel, alongside our parent Brand, Fred. Olsen Travel held our Annual Conference last week at the Latimer De Vere Estate, 23/24 April 2024 with 186 attendees.

This was the first time we brought together all parts of the business together, Retail/Franchise/Licensee/Tour Operations to immerse our teams and business owners with latest updates and to celebrate a successful 2023 year as a group.

The two day Conference included key business sessions, from our Trade Partners we work with (50 in attendance), both Cruise and Travel focused to help improve knowledge on their products they sell. We held presentations covering the progress of the business as a whole, and gave the opportunity to network, to help with ideas to improve their businesses, sharing ideas and collaborating. Our head office and trade partners were in attendance, and held an interactive marketplace to allow our members the opportunity for one2one time with the Trade Partners, they prefer to offer to their customers.

We celebrated our 2023 performance at our gala dinner event, and danced the night away at our BBQ themed evening. Our Conference theme was “Don’t Stop Us Now” and ended the conference with an amazing Queen Tribute Act- Supersonic Queen!

I cannot thank enough our Trade Partners for their support and interactions, our Head Office Team for making this all happen, and our wonderful team members and business owners for taking time out to attend, what was the highlight so far for the year! Such a great feeling bringing every part of the business together, to collaborate, exchange ideas, and look forward to great things in 2024 for the Fred. Olsen Travel Group!”

Feedback across the board was super positive, and as a whole felt emersed in the event, and thankful for all the efforts that went into the planning of what was to date our largest annual conference.

This week saw our GoCruise & Travel 2023 Franchisee Christmas Party and what a party it was 😀🎄🥳

We stayed at the stunning Coombe Abbey Hotel and were joined by our wonderful Franchisees, Head Office staff, and Trade Partners.

A fantastic time was had by all and we are already planning for the next one.
