Faron Sutaria will be braving the cold and rolling out their sleeping bags on the pavement in Chelsea. Why? To join their colleagues from other Faron Sutaria and John D Wood & Co. offices in their mission to raise £15,000 to provide lifesaving shelter and life changing support to people who are homeless.

Glass Door operate London's largest emergency winter night shelters, providing refuge from the cold, harsh and frightening reality of sleeping on the streets. Everyone deserves a place to feel safe, and have their basic needs met so they can make positive changes for their future.

As estate agents we fully understand the importance and value of a 'home'. That's why we are asking for you to sponsor us to sleep out for one night - so others don't have to.

Following the largest customer insight project undertaken in our sector, which found that home movers want to access a full range of expertise under one roof, we are making a significant change to our business to enable us to offer our clients and customers an even better level of service. Faron Sutaria is merging with John D Wood & Co., the ‘traditionally modern’ estate agency handling London, Country and International property.

Through this merger John D Wood & Co. will grow in size by a third, taking the expertise from each brand to become a bigger and better estate agency. Our aim is to create the most innovative, bespoke and personal property service in London and beyond.
