We provide a complete range of project management services to our clients, these include:

Project Management

We enable our clients with a flexible and adaptable project management style underpinned by technical knowledge to deliver successful project outcomes. We use current project management frameworks such as APMP (IPMA) and PRINCE2. We are able to provide a full end to end project lifecycle management or a single stage project delivery. We assist our clients PMO in project control and reporting, planning and scheduling, benefits management and planning, risk and issue management, and assurance of project management processes.

Construction Management & Supervision

We manage all aspects of the construction stage from pre-construction activities to project close out. We enable our clients with sound planning and time, cost, quality and safety management to ensure efficient project delivery. We define the responsibilities and management structure of the project management team, organise and lead by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols to assure project delivery and minimise project disputes and claims.

Design Management

We ensure our clients understand customers requirements and define the project scope in accordance to these. We engineer the processes, roles and responsibilities for clients, third parties and regulators to ensure design compliance is achieved to their requirements and current Legislation and Standards. We enable our clients with robust procedures to manage design change, risk and information flow. We provide our clients with a staged approach to deliver design from scope definition to detailed design completion and beyond by capturing lessons learnt to feed these back into the design process.

NEC3 Project Management

We provide ECC Project Management and Contract Administration to ensure our clients projects are delivered within the contract framework. We assure project programme, early warnings, compensation events and project risks are managed to comply with NEC3 ECC contract. We facilitate project risk moderation meetings with our clients and their contractors. We ensure that communications protocols and requirements are administered properly.

NEC3 Contract Management & Administration

We provide advice on the procurement routes and contract requirements under NEC3 suite of contracts, specially PSC and ECC contracts with Options A and C. We are able to assist in the contract preparation and negotiate, place and manage contracts on behalf of our clients.

Sourcing Solutions

We are able to provide our Clients with professional candidates to enable the mangement and supervision of your projects. We can source indivial candidates or site teams for a complete project where we can recomend the preferred team structure for the success of the project in accordance with your requirements.
