Cirqlefitness is sharing and talking about different aspects of fitness, training, food, hormone balance, stretching and mobility, all based on my education, fitness work experience, own training experience and coaching I have received. This page is a result of this mix combined with my own ideas and interpretations and philosophies around training. There is really nothing new, just an accumula

tion of fitness stuff I think works, for now... Much of this info has been around for a long time and written about by many.
