🤱🏼I know that for many this is not important, but for many women recovering their body well after childbirth is more than a physical pleasure, but it is also part of mental health.

💜June is the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Awareness Month is the perfect opportunity to understand what it is, how it happens and what we can do to avoid and treat!

💜Genital prolapse happens when the muscles that support the organs (pelvic floor) weaken losing their function, causing the uterus, urethra, bladder and re**um to descend through the va**na, and may even come out.
💜Treatment can be performed with exercises that balance muscle tone and also strengthen them. In very severe cases, the treatment is surgical

🤔Have you ever stopped to think that you can solve this list of problems by paying proper attention to your breathing?
😮‍💨Breathing training focusing on improving the tone of your diaphragm can greatly improve the quality of your life and also the aesthetics of your body.
🤪Crazy diets and workouts won't always bring the healthy benefit to our body.
😮‍💨Looking at the basics function like breathing for example, can be the answer to many of our problems!

🤷🏼‍♀️Do you have these questions about Abdominal Vacuum??? Feel weird or not right to execute it?
⚠️IMPORTANT: It's not everyone who can do the Abdominal Vacuum, but it’s doesn't mean they won't get results of the LPF HYPOPRESSIVES
☝️Remember I said that abdominal Vacuum is only 20-30% of the method! So don't despair if you are one of those people who should NOT perform the Vacuum.
🤰🏻Pregnant - You can NOT do the vacuum (visceral aspiration) during pregnancy!!! Only the postures and arm movements that will help to improve posture, decrease back pain, sense of well being, decrease anxiety, among other numerous benefits.
👍Abdominal Hernia - You can do it with postural guidelines! Cannot do Vacuum without alignment.
👍Umbilical hernia - You can do like any other type of hernia (inguinal, disc...)
👍I'm on my period - you can do the vacuum. You will only skip your training day if you have cramps and feel uncomfortable to train.
👎Glaucoma : Must NOT do the abdominal vacuum. Well, glaucoma is usually caused by a change in eye pressure. Apnea and breathing blockage can also raise eye pressure, which is not interesting for someone with glaucoma.
👍I'm overweight - you can do Abdominal vacuum. The only difference is that you won't see the ribs as well, but the important thing is to perform the breathing correctly, "seeing the ribs" is more related to the percentage of fat of the person who is practicing than to being right or wrong.
⚠️I just had my COIL inserted :
You must wait 30 days after placement to start your workouts. After that no restrictions.
⚠️High pressure - When controlled you can perform the vacuum, but always with the help of a licensed in the technique

🤰🏻 EXERCISES DURING PREGNANCY THE PRECIOUS TIME THAT PREGNANT WOMEN SAVE AT THE TIME OF CHILDBIRTH!
1️⃣A minute for many passes too quickly, but for a woman in labor it does not.
A single minute can take hours to pass.
❓Now, ask an expectant mother what she would be willing to do if she could cut the delivery time to half the time.
❗️Many of them would pay a fortune. However, this “dream” is accessible to all of them with a simple attitude.
‼️TO EXERCISE!!!
🤰🏼Women who exercise up to three times a week during pregnancy have a shorter labor.
🤰🏽In a study carried out in Spain, it was noticed that women who exercised during pregnancy had their delivery time 1 hour faster compared to women who remained sedentary during pregnancy.
❗️🤰🏻It is important to remember that for the results to be even better, the woman should start practicing physical activity before becoming pregnant.
💪Exercises that strengthen and tone the CORE (including the pelvic floor) are best for preparing a woman for pregnancy and delivery.
❗️Hypopressives will work on improving the tone of the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, preventing back pain and urinary incontinence!

🤰🏼❗️Of course, you will not do it alone with no supervision.
🤰🏾The Pilates method is also for pregnant women but it doesn’t mean that a pregnant woman can do all the exercises of the method.
💁🏼‍♀️So always make sure that your instructor is able to training you in this special moment!
