Mains gas central heating throughout, with free WiFi. Double bedroom - including double bed and walk-in wardrobe, with direct access to bathroom. (all bed linen provided)

Second bedroom - 2 single beds with wardrobe. (all bed linen provided)

Bathroom - Large shower enclosure. (Own t

owels required)

Kitchen/Dining area - Fridgereezer, microwave, tea/coffee, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking/pizza trays, crockery and knife ware, cordless hoover, cleaning products, gas hob and oven, butterfly folding dining table for four. Living Room - TV, 2 seater sofa bed and 2 single seaters. Decking - Decking with 2 sun loungers and table. Clothes Drying - Indoor clothes horse and outdoor retractable clothes line. ** Entertainment passes to gain access to the facilities after 6pm can be purchased at park reception upon check in. Unfortunately we have no disabled access at present. No pets. No smoking. Security deposit will be required prior to booking acceptance and will be returned upon successful check out review. Notes: Any theft or damage over the security deposit will result in loss of deposit and may result in legal action. Please leave our caravan as you found it and treat it with respect.
