Joanna was excellent in every way and there was always timely updates. If she was not available there was always other staff who could assist. It was an unfamiliar diving location for me and it covered a large area and diving sites were all very different. However, the standard of diving instructor engagement was excellent - approachable, professional, situationally aware with very detailed briefings. Team member Jobi Chan recently came back from Marsa Alam with the full lowdown of her stay at Wadi Sabarah!

"One of my highlights was definitely enjoying my first-ever dugong encounter at Marsa Mubarak!... We were very lucky and quickly caught sight of one chowing down on some seagrass. We also had spectacular turtle sightings while we were diving there."

Jobi also had an incredible dive at the famous Elphinstone Reef, travelling along sheer drop-offs covered in vibrant corals and seeing huge schools of barracudas and tuna.

“The trip was spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Solitude produced some great dives and the service was superb - almost all our dives were just 2-to-1 with a guide on a 3-week trip, which was great. Highlight dive was 'Manta Alley' in South Komodo where they reckoned we had 40 manta and a myriad of everything else - amazing. The Komodo Resort provided the lazy chilled last section of the holiday with easy diving.”

Have you ever dreamed of diving the Blue Hole in Gozo, Malta?💙

"Everything was seamless & so well organised. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The diving was spectacular & the liveaboard & resort accommodation were of a very high standard. The food was also excellent with plenty of options & variety.

There were so many dive highlights, from the pelagic mantas & wobbegongs to the macro sea life. I’ve never seen so many pigmy seahorses & we were lucky enough to see a blue ringed octopus & walking shark on a night dive. The hard & soft corals were also in pristine conditions, the colours were spectacular & breathtaking. Lembeh was insane with the flamboyant cuttlefish, dragon jet & helmet gurnard ticked off the bucket list.

They really thought about the variety of dives from exhilarating drift dives to walls & muck diving. A thoroughly awesome experience. The resort was much more relaxed & all I can say in Bunaken has one of the healthiest population of turtles I’ve ever seen."
