17 Hallgarth is a comfortable Grade II listed cottage situated
in the pleasant market town of Picke Sorry no smoking. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Pickering is a vibrant market town which is situated
close to the North York Moors and with coastal
resorts such as Whitby and Scarborough within easy
reach. It is also the home of the North York Moors
Railway a heritage steam railway. Accommodation
Two bedrooms, 1x double, 1x twin, bathroom with bath and
separate shower, basin and wc, ﬁtted kitchen, sitting room and
separate dining room.

Amenities
Free WiFi, gas Central heating and gas ﬁre in the sitting room,
electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD, docking
station. Heating and hot water, bed linen and towels and a
welcome basket included in rental, off road parking for one car,
enclosed rear garden with patio furniture. Rentals are weekly from Friday to Friday

Mid season rate £460
Peak season rate £560

A 20% deposit will secure a booking. The balance is due four
weeks before the start date of your holiday. Late bookings less than
four weeks before the start date of your holiday must be paid for in

Very pleased to announce that the new look website went live today. Check it out at 17hallgarth.co.uk and see what you think. Very limited availability left for this year but we do have one week in May and three weeks in August - remember we don’t increase our prices for school holidays.

Even though most Covid regulations have been now lifted we would like to reassure guests that we are continuing to follow our Covid safe protocols in order to keep ourselves and our guests as safe as possible. Case numbers are still high so we have kept in place our enhanced cleaning regime, remote check in and the other safety measures as identified in our risk assessment. Though it is no longer mandatory we have kept our QR code in place so guests can still use it to check in. Our temporary T&Cs remain in place up to the end of this year after which I will review them. If the situation is still uncertain they will remain in place for next year. The website will be updated as required so do keep checking. We have been open again since 12th April
and are booked up until October with only limited availability for the last few months of the year. It’s been lovely to welcome guests again old and new and we have had some really positive comments about the updates we have made to the cottage which is lovely.
