Job Opportunities - The Salcombe Apartments
We have opportunities for two people to come and join the team this summer, starting on the 1st May until the end of September.
The role will be to assist with the running of the building for the summer and will include:
• Opening and closing the swimming pool.
• Testing the swimming pool chemical levels.
• Cleaning the common parts.
• Overseeing the car park, ensuring users are displaying permits etc.
• Keeping the car park and grounds tidy and free from rubbish.
• Ensuring estate regulations are being adhered to.
• Doing small repairs around the building.
The applicants do not need experience in these areas as full training will be given. However, you should be able to work both on your own and as part of a team, using your own initiative, dealing with owners, guests and members of the public in a friendly and helpful manner. You must be reliable.
The roles will be on a self-employed basis and offer a great rate of pay for the area. The hours include weekend and early evening shifts. The roles are part time (approx. 20 hours a week) and would particularly suit retirees and students, although we’d welcome applications from anyone who thinks they might fit the roles.
