Can you find the Holy Well at Holywell Bay?

We recently went in search of St Cuthbert’s Cave and were delighted to find it tucked away at the northern end of the beach.

It’s definitely worth the lovely walk. Visitors are treated to beautiful colours, trickling water and alleged healing powers too! Just be sure to only look for the cave on an outgoing tide. 🌊

Holywell Bay is roughly a 30 minute drive from the cottage. 🚗

A recent guest suggested another lamp might be a nice addition to the living area. We take onboard all our feedback and aren’t really fans of turning the ‘big lights’ on either. A nice spot for a G&T or cup of coffee! 🛋️

The smallest of the three bedrooms in the cottage still has plenty of room for a king size or twin beds. It looks out onto the garden too. 🏠🛏
